What You See IS NOT What You Get

Majestic Moutain Vacation used fake pictures to advertise the cabin we rented. Here are the pictures from the online listing compared to the ones we took. Sorry that ours are so dark, but you get the point.

What Amenities?

When you see something listed as an amenity, don't you think that will actually be available? If you book with Majestic Mountain Vacations, that may not be the case.

Listed as amenities for our cabin included a grill and 2 jetted shower spas which were non existent. We even called and asked about these specific amenities before we arrived.

Wireless internet was also listed as an amenity but over our 4 night stay, the office was never able to give us a working code to get online.

What if you find that an amenity listed is not working? Well, if you do not report it upon arriving, according to the rental agreement, you may be charged for the damage.

Customer Service Is Not Our Forte

Want an experience that will leave you feeling like a lesser human being? Then give Majestic Mountain Vacations Customer Service a call. We spoke with them no less than 10 times before and during our trip. We were yelled at, lied to and hung up on. Along with that, NONE of our calls have been returned.
